If your PSP has custom firmware you can. All you have to do is go to a torrent site and look for a PSX to PSP files under the list of PSP games. Download this file. When download is complete it usually appears as EBOOT file. Transfer that file to your GAME folder which you can find inside your PSP folder. You can then play this game by going to your Memory stick under the Game column. Sometimes the PSX to PSP file does not appear as EBOOT file. Just read the Read Me text that comes with the downloaded file for further instruction on how to set it.
