    Well, Ace Online (free) is a futuristic flight simulator with awesome weapons, tons of ship and planets, places to go, but it isn't very realistic. The graphics are very good though. There is also a flight simulator called Flying Guns, very accurate to the detail but is in world war 1. Then there is Combat Simulator Project, in demo mode still, but very amazing, as good as Ace Combat, but free. Check them out in the links.

pc for most realistic flight controls, however if you want to wage war then PS2, but you relaay need to upgrade to PS3 to truely enjoy a realistic game on the PS system.
