    make sure you are entering the cheat like this: "testingcheatsenabled true" without the "". There can't be any spelling errors or spaces between the words (except for the end when you type true) then make sure you pushed enter. If you are doing all of this correct and it still isn't working, i don't know what you are doing wrong.

Make sure you're spelling it right. If it's still not working, disable then enable again (to disable, replace true with false). If that doesn't work, restart the game and/or your computer. If all else fails, throw in a boolprop or something.
