Why i cant log in leagueoflegends?

i cant log in in the site with my friend account witch he currently using it send me back to log in page not logged and i cant log in in the game Clint too it says server busy and if i try again it stop at loading ! with the same account . i change dns i try the site steps, i check the queue link it works, i run out of option so plz help :( .

Answer:
Keep restarting the launcher until the server is online. Also don't log into your friends user if he is playing with it. It will send one of you out of the game.
