How to install gta IV for pc?

Gta iv installing help!!!!!?

HELP ME!!!! ok i am trying to download gta iv for pc. i bought it from game stop and i waited almost 2 HOURS for it to finish. when i try to install the gta iv set up it says "gta iv set-up could not be installed" or somthing like that. can someone help me because i really want to play the game and i hope i didn't spend $50 on a game that i cant play
