Why won't my computer find my DS action replay?

I Downloaded Action Replay DS to My Computer Through A Link Becuase I Dont Have A CDRom On My Laptop Help!?

I dont have a cd-rom on on my computer so i couldn't use the cd but now when i connect my DS nd i try to update it it says its waiting for the DS i have the software so that isn't the problem. When i connect the USB it trys to set up and askes me to insert the cd but i ownloaded the software i know i dont really make sense but try to help PLZZ!!

you could just type it in on your DS but if its a long code than be careful to get it completely right other wise it could mess your game up
