Will Spore work on a laptop?

Activating Spore via another computer?

• Okay get this, I bought spore and my internet has been cut off for a while, I only noticed i needed internet when I saw the tiny gray writing on the front of the case in the bottom corner... Anyway, due to a very stupid day, I now have spore and a funny dilemma. A) My main computer which has spore cannot activate it due to no internet connection. B) My laptop via which I sneakily tried activating spore on via network driving the drive which spore was on has backfired due to bad graphics drivers. The second idea I had was since spore was in my drive which actually belongs to my main computer and that I had put in my serial number via my laptop network connection it should work on my main computer. WRONG! Spore still wants internet connection on my main computer. Any other ideas? P.S. My laptop has accesses wireless, just in case you didn't understand how I had internet.

  go to a friends house and patch in using their internet or ask them to download a crack for it (which is illegal tho) without the net or some powerful software its no use, i did the same thing for dead space lol
