Why isn't my Call of duty working?

I Accidently Kicked My Xbox Now My Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Isnt Working Properly.?

  • I kicked my Xbox accidently, it wasn't a very hard kick but now it keeps saying "Unable to read disc. 1. Clean disc with a soft cloth 2. Restart console - Ive cleaned the disc a number of times, waited overnight and its still coming up, i dont know how the hit could have scratched the disc badly. Anything i can do to the disc or xbox to help fix this?

OOOOOOH, the kick might have jarred the DVD drive or some other internal component. If you still have warranty, call microsoft and tell them it just stopped working to get a free repair. If not, you can risk taking it upon yourself and open it up and take a look, you have no warranty anyway. However, you run the risk of screwing it up even more.

if the game was inside it, look at the outside of the back of the disk and see if there are laser burn marks on it.

You must have damaged the disk drive. Call Microsoft, if you have a warranty, they should be able to fix it.

Check and see if any other game works if they do its the disk if no other game disk work that means ur X-Box is messed up
