What are the best specific mods for Oblivion?

Does anyone know of any good Oblivion difficulty increasing mods?

  • I've been playing Oblivion for awhile, My Character is level 39. I have tons, and yes, tons of money. Meaning I have enchanted armour, arrows, and bows. and basically everything else I could need. I can kill most daedra in a few hits(usually 4 or 5) with my bow. I don't really want to make a new character. Does anyone know of any Oblivion mods that either make swarms of enemies appear? or swarms of weaker enemies appear? or mods that increase enemy health and attacking power?

    nope but maybe use a weaker bow? just get fallout to hold you off until '09 or '10 (when the new one comes out)
