First off, do you have the psp slim or fat or the newest one? You would also need custom firmware. Depending on what you have, you need to get somebody who already has a psp with custom firmware in order for you to get custom firmware if you have a slim or if you have one of the lower versions of firmware for the fat, then you could flash it. Then you just download the psp iso and put it in a directory on your psp's memory stick and it runs like a charm.
