How do i connect to internet in an xbox 360 without xbox live arcade?

If you mean like surf the web, you can't do that on a 360. But to connect to the internet just plug in a nd ethernet cord to back of xbox and into wall socket. Or if have a wifi enable xbox then it should connect automatically
