Psp update problems?

I downloaded the psp update now and im having problems?

    well first off you can have head phones in your psp but it won't mess up your psp...and if it says that there are head phones in it and there isn't, then you should clean out the hole or get it fixed...as for the internet...how's the connection? there can be a number of things that would affect the DNS error or you could've lost connection
