That's like asking if a Wii/360 controller will work on a PS3...the answer is staggeringly obvious. Hell the PS3 and 360 don't even use the same tech to connect items wireless. That's ,once again, like saying a Walkie Talkie can contact a Cell phone.

Can you use your regular PS3 controller on an Xbox 360? Hate to say it, but the guitar is little more than a big plastic shell around a PS3 controller. It's wired to PS3 controller specs and set to the PS3 receiver frequency. They're not interchangeable with their 360 counterparts.
