What is the best choice of game consoles?

Is this a good choice for my game consoles?

  • Since Christmas 2007 (I was 7) I've had a Wii. After playing Super Smash Brothers Brawl for a long time, I wanted a little upgrade. (I was now 8). I got a PS3 in a August 2008 and still have it now. It's lasted me a while. Since almost all the guys in my school play Xbox 360, (except 2, and one might get an Xbox) I wanted to get one for my 11th birthday in April. My mom says I can. Should I?

I prefer the ps3. If you play online games though, it would be better to have the same system as your friends. The PS3 has free internet, when you have to buy the internet on the XBox. That is the big thing. Are you willing to buy your internet? There are other things that can affect gameplay, such as online speed and system management, but for now, the question is, are you going to play online, and if so, are you going to want to pay for it? If your friends all have XBoxes, then I suggest getting an XBox.

First Wii is a pile of crap. Second I am appalled that you don't have both a PS3 and an Xbox already. :(

It depends. Do you want to pay extra money to play games with other people online? Personally, I don't think it's worth it which is part of the reason i don't have an Xbox360. I say, stick with the systems you have right now. PS3 is a great console and so is the Wii if you have the right games. The next generation of game consoles is just around the corner as well so there will be new consoles coming out shortly in a year or so.

It does have more violent games but the graphics are great! (better with a good t.v) so yes i think that you should get one but you should get the kinect with that!! and if you don't have at least a 42" tv you need one of those too!!!

Well you can, personally I don't like to have too many systems as you can get over flustered with the amount of games available.
