What is it with XBOX LIVE and is the xbox 360 worth buying?

Hi, I was trying to decide between the two for a long time... I was pretty sure I was going to get an PS3, because the online but then... i looked at the prices Dont listen to any boady if they say that it is a con that Xbox live costs money, because a PS3 Controller Costs more. Xbox Live costs only 50$ per month Over all xbox 360 is cheaper, unless you have to buy a Wireless internet thingy

with xbox live u can download games, movies, and all kinds of stuff plus it is eayer to play with other people and talk to them. i just want to say it is the most worthit thing u will ever buy.

I have one and yes it is worth buying. XBOX lets you use their server to play the multilayer games and they keep it updated with content and running smoothly. cant beat x box 360 wonderful machine we have 2 and both live but then we have just got wii for our girls that's more fun than top class wee play halo3 world at war ghost recon 2 etc etc also looks good to

buy yourself a 360 an live an make sure you buy gears of war 2 also.... reasons are, you get a kick *** warrent, you can play with your friends, the live is so much better for 360, ps3 is free but it sucks balls, 360 is just a kick *** system it has netficks... i love my 360

Its pretty good but it breaks way to much xbox live is cool tho but I still want a ps3 cause im tired of this sh*t breaking my fourth 360 just broke other than that its good

If you're looking for a gaming system, the 360 is your best choice. XBox Live costs money, something like $7 per month, but the service is a lot better than PSN.

I have a PS3 but most of my friends have a 360. Personally I like the PS3 better because of the quality and features. The 360 usually has more players online, and more of you local friends may have it. I would still recommend the PS3 more, though, because it has free online connection. The 360 live you have to pay for. Also, the PS3 has more updates with games and it makes them more fun! TRY CALL OF DUTY: WORLD AT WAR!

I am no whiz, however, I can tell you that PS3 is a fantastic gaming console. If you love games like Metal Gear Solid 4 and Call of Duty, you should keep your PS3. The quality on the PS3 is awesome. Well, everyone likes XBOX, especially the hardcore gamers who love Halo 3 and Gears of War. The only thing is that Live costs money, while PS3 is not. If you love games such as Gears of War, they you should perhaps get a 360, just consider that live costs money. If your friends have it, they I would get it and spend money to get it. Otherwise, your PS3 should be fine.
