unless theyre rereleased for psp you cant, ps1 discs are cd size ;) maybe there's an emulator available on the web, but unless you own the original ps1 game emulating games is illegal

You'll definitely need a custom firmware for this. Also, they're called PSX Eboots, just google them and you'll find some info. They also provide a tutorial on how you can create your own Eboot from your PS1 disks.
