How can I put my own pictures in my sims 2 game?

On sims 3 I have downloaded a lot of the exchange and i want to put in in the game and i don't know how? Help?

    You Download Them Then Go Onto The Game Launcher, Look On The Side Of The Launcher Got To Downloads (It Should Have A Circle With A "!" In it) Check All The Things You Want n Your Game Then Below It Says "Install" Then Just Wait For A Minute Or Two And It Will Be In Your Game, BTW: Exchange Item Are Just Styles For The Items On Your Game, If You Want New Items Go Buy Some At The Store On The Sims 3 Website

If it is from the sims exchange it should be in your launcher so you just tick it and hit install. If the file odes not show up in the launcher, you have to put it in your downloads folder then install it through the launcher.
