Where is Riverview in Sims3?

Can anyone tell me how to download items for my Sims3 game on the Sims3 online store?

  • For some reason, I have already purchased these items, and the site says I have downloaded them, but they do not appear on my Sims3 Game Launcher 'Downloads' Or the Uploads or the Installed Content! and the items do no appear on my game either. Also no download window popped up when they were first supposed to be downloaded! When I try re downloading these items in my 'Purchase History' on the site, I click 'Download Again' for one of the items, and my Sims3 Game Launcher pops up, and nothing else happens... Ah! Why is this happening and how can I download it?!?!

  • Answer:

    It's a glitch. If you want to download items, click on the picture of the item, and then in small letters, there should be a link that says "save file" or "download file" (I forget which one it is) to the right of the picture. Click that, that should do the trick
