Where Can You Download the CFW 4.00m33 for psp?, if dosent exist, how can you upgrade from cfw to ofm?

Team M33 have returned and are busy working on PSP Custom Firmware 4.00 M33. The master himself Dark_AleX is working on this now. Its also reported that there will be a brand new recovery menu in 4.00 M33, no other new features to be added at this stage other than what was included in the official Firmware 4.00 update. The release date? No date set yet, however 4.00 M33 custom firmware will be released soon…

Hi, for CFW 4.00 M33 i think you'll have to wait until the end of this month, and then if you already have a CFW > 3.80 you'll just have to do a "network update" via wi-fi on your psp to obtain the latest CFW. When released, you'll also find the CFW 4.00 update file here: http://www.dark-alex.org/index_psp.php If you want to install OF 4.00 you'll need a pandora battery with a magic memory stick containing the eboot.pbp of the original 4.00 and install it from the recovery menu. Dark AleX' recent blog post has clued us all in to a tentative release date for Custom Firmware 4.00 M33, which if met under optimal conditions, will allow us to see the CFW hit the Internet download portals by the end of this week. .

It doesn't exist as of yet. I advise you to wait for 4.00 M33 because you will have to use a pandora's battery if you want to ever have custom firmware on your psp again. You can upgrade straight from the custom firmware to the official firmware.

Well you would have to switch either the firmware you have 4.0 to 4.0 m33 just by doing the pandora battery but will take a while for a new version. the latest one installs 3.90 m33-3

They probably wont come out with a 4.00 m33 for at least a couple months since Sony has been threatening to sue the next person who creates CFW
