Why cant my friend join my minecraft server!!!!!!?

I have 4 friends that play Minecraft. I made a hamachi server and 3 of my friends join perfectly, but my one friend cant join. It only shows polling... and can not reach the server. I added him on Hamachi and everything. The friend that cant join, joined for one minute and it kicked him out. NOw he cant join. PLEASE HELP!!! PLEASE :C
