Can you recommend me an xbox 360 game?

I am after a new retail xbox 360 game which are not available on PC, I live in the PAL region (e.g. tales of vesperia hasn't been released). I currently own: Fallout 3 Gears of War 2 Saints Row 2 The Orange Box Far Cry 2 Fable II Gears of War GTA IV Guitar Hero III DEAD RISING BioShock Burnout Revenge Crackdown Perfect Dark Zero G.R.A.W. PGR 3 Halo 3 BTW I dont like RTS and turn based RPGs and they must NOT be available for the PC and have decent OFFLINE since I dont have xbox live as I never used it. thanks

*Gasp* All of those games and you don't have The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion? It is my favorite game of all-time and I think it is 3x better than even the greatly praised Fallout 3. If you liked Fallout 3, I can almost guarantee you will like Oblivion.
