Which is better for me, a xbox 360, pc, or ps3?

Well, seeing as you listed a few reasons toward the 360, I'd also say the 360. I've had one since release and they're great for gaming with friends. Here is a list of Pros of having a 360: 1. Since they've been out for a long time now failure rate, to include the "Red Ring of Death", has significantly dropped since the original versions. 2. The Xbox 360 will only scratch your discs if you do not operate the system properly. Which is to say picking up the console while it is running or putting two or more discs in at a time. 3. The hard drive comes in many sizes ranging from 20GB, 60GB, 120GB, and, with the new Xbox 360 slims, 250GB. I've never had a problem with a hard drive dying. 4. And again with the newer slim version, they decreased the noise of the cooling fans substantially. 5. The power supply is outside of the console which cuts down on heat and it even comes with a power surge protector built in. 6. Xbox Live has a party chat system that allows 8 people to chat with each other at the same time. Just incase you don't feel like hearing the people in the in-game chat. 7. The DVD format, although a bit out-dated, isn't a problem in the least. Games that actually have good enough graphics and long gameplay that need higher disc space come on multiple discs to not cut out the quality. 8. Xbox Live only costs 60$ a year and gets updated constantly. Hope this helps.

I play my PS3 more than my Xbox 360, but if you want to play with all of your friends online I would go with the 360. However if you're more interested in the PS3 exclusive games like LBP, God of War, Demon's Souls, etc. then I would go for that. If you're deciding on buying a PC, most of the entertaining games are usually the Sims series, Starcraft II, or MMORPG's in general (I'm sure there are more than that, but those are the main ones.)

Well, its obviously an Xbox 360, seeing as how you have Blue ray and all your friends have Xbox 360s, as well as being willing to pay Xbox LIve. Even so, an Xbox would still be your choice, faster speeds better online, early DLC exclusive for certain games, and no installing a game every time you get a new one.
