How do you set up an online store?

Does someone know how to set up an online store to sell online currency ?

I have a game set up and I need to be able to sell online points such as for example the popular game FarmVille they sell points / farm cash. I need to sell something like that and I need an online billing system to do that, I have checked with other Billing software and have yet to be able to set up a billing system that will work properly. I can code the billing system I am sure however I am not sure how to set up paypal with that billing system or after the transaction is complete give the user the correct amount of points. If anyone knows of a program or can help me make one of these then I would be most appreciative. Thank you
