Zippo were can i buy flint?

when i went to go buy lighter fuel at Canadian Tire, they didn't have any flint there,.. and i lost mine when i was playing with my Zippo. i checked even at a gas station, and my local grocery store... , so where can i buy a ******* flint goddammit XD , would shoppers have it? my sis works there. 1, where can i buy flint. 2 can i just buy those cheap lighters u can get anywhere, and just take out the flint would it work on my zippo?
