Whats a good omega 3 brand?

• hi, im 16 and looking for a well name and trusted omega 3 brand, i know i can take it but im not sure which brand is trusted. I heard xtendlife is a good choice but im not sure you can get that in the US. i really dont know a good brand, was thinking about Flintstones omega 3 too since i was going to get the multi vitamin complete one too from flinstones

  Hi, I've been recommending Vegepa omega-3 fish oil supplement for some time now, as I am convinced it is a good one. Many people confirm that it helped them (you may just google to find out yourself). I know it is available in UK, USA and many other countries. It is unique, not as many other omega-3 brands, as it contains high concentration of EPA, which converts into DHA in the body (so important for the brain proper functioning etc.). I would not recommend cheap products suggesting that you should take 6-8 capsules a day as they probably offer low concentration of esential fatty acids and when you calculate it - you actually pay more (with Vegepa you can only take 2 a day and get as much as 560 mg EPA).
