What are the chances of me getting hired?

I applied as a waitress at a local fancy restaurant. What are the chances of getting hired with these details?

  • It is pretty hard to get hired there. When I went to get an application they had asked my age (18) and said they needed waitresses. I have been working since I was 16. I have been with one job for two years. I am in charge of my department. I always do what I can to please my customers. I am great with kids. I love to dress nice. I am always where I am needed. I even go to work when I am called in. I am pretty enthusiastic about my job now but I feel that I need to grow more. I work in an arcade now. What do you think?
