What are the different parties' manifestos?

Why do people always cuss at parties?

  • I went to a Halloween party tonight and I thought it was going to be an actual proper party. For an example, I hate going to rowdy parties because I am so offended by people drinking, using foul language, and I like actual birthday parties that are more fancy, proper, and nice where everyone behaves themselves and that are alcohol free. When I was a little kid, I would always have my party with alcohol free, just have cake, open up gifts, have my birthday at Chuck E. Cheese or a really safe place where everyone behaved themselves and weren’t allowed to swear. I am used to those kinds of parties where they aren’t vulgar. However, this is my first actual real party I went to. It was a Halloween costume party. Usually when I went to Halloween parties, they were for kids and it was alcohol free and no one was allowed to swear or go out of hand. Because of my autism, I am used to those kinds of parties. My friend invited me to a Halloween party bash tonight and I told him I didn’t want to go because I was offended by swearing and by people drinking. Then he tricked me and said: “Oh just relax! It will be fun. I promise. I won’t let anyone offend you and use foul language. It wont be loud.” And I trusted him so I went and when I got there, I WAS REALLY OFFENDED! People were drinking booze, smoking cigarettes, smoking pot, and dirty tramps were in costumes and everyone kept laughing so I went over and talked to someone and wanted to have a nice proper conversation and said: “how are you today?” and she said: “JEZ What the f*ck?! Loosen up a little bit and have a f*cking drink!” and I screamed in my autistic way and said: “YOU AREN’T SUPPOSED TO SWEAR!!!! I AM OFFENDED!” And people kept throwing beer bottles, going nuts, and swearing and my friend was talking to a group of people and I told him I wanted to go home because I didn’t like these kind of wild parties and he just told me to take a hike and eat sh*t! then he said: “YOU AREN’T GOING TO RUIN MY GOOD TIME, JACKA*S!” And I was really uncomfortable and I didn’t belong in that kind of party. Everyone kept swearing, saying the F word a lot of times pervasively and really kept being too improper and drinking like crazy and I didn’t drink anything and just sat in a corner being uncomfortable because even the girls kept swearing and making me really offended that I even cried and didn’t know what to do! My friend also had no respect for me and kept swearing, using the F word, along with the girls also saying too many F bombs, and this language really offended me! Why is it parties like this, there is always swearing, drinking, and X-Rated stuff involved?! Why couldn’t my friend warn me? Instead he told me it wouldn’t offend me. He knows I am autistic and sensitive to foul language when people behave improper! Can someone tell me what I should do about this next time and how I can avoid improper x-rated parties that aren’t for kids? I would have thought even though this party was at night, he would be around proper people that don’t’ swear! Parties like this are so vulgar which I try to stay away from!

  • Answer:

You would appear to be too young for parties as the usual ingredients of a successful adult party are alcohol, music and loud conversation. I suggest you stay away from parties until you have turned 21

How old are you? People swear, drink, and smoke. You have to either get used to it or stay home. And your "friend" isn't much of a friend for lying to you. Don't ever trust anyone who "promises" that someone else will not do something. You can only be responsible for your own actions, not someone elses. Good luck.

Wearing a troll costume for Halloween this year, huh. Allrighty then -- gimme my 2 points, troll. ;-)

Because they get drunk and don't care about what they say.
