Well, just say what you want and be polite etc. But can't you go see her in person? I asked my uni-doctor for something similar about a week ago and I did it in person. You can'[t beet that personal touch.... And do it- you can't be scared of approaching lecturers. Just can't..... The amount of marks I lost over being frightened, but you just have to get over it.
