How to write a letter?? Leave Letter from a job, Please help if they refuse to give leave?

  • I met with an accident after working hours but I was working for the office. I got a closed fracture in my right lower leg. There are two fractures in two bones. I undergone from a surgery and doctor has told me to take 12 week bed rest. I am doing a job as a senior sales manager and I joined in Jan 2010. Please tell me what i should write in a letter so that my job would get accepted. I am very scared if I lost my job. If my manger threat me that he can’t allow me this much leave contact the human recourse department and if they say something else. I am on bed if I will take more tension I am lose my heath Please help me what matter I should write into letter and if they accept its good But if they doesn’t accept what should I do then

I can't really make a sample letter, but maybe google can give some ideas like above poster said. However, make sure to not only talk about the accident and your inability to work, but also show your motivation to work and how terribly you regret it that you cannot work for 12 weeks, but that after these 12 weeks in which you'll regain your health completely, you'll be able to work even better. Something along these lines. They're mostly interested in their company, and not in your broken bones, so just make them see that despite you being bedridden for 12 weeks, you will still be valuable. :)
