What would you do with an rude school secretary?

Answer:
I would ask to see the Vice Principal, immediately, if the VP wasn't available I'd ask for the Principal, and if necessary make an official appointment to see one of them ASAP. I'd also slip a tape recorder into my purse, or use your telephone, etc. The person would be in a pile of S*** if they messed with me like that, right up to the school board, and the city council if necessary. You don't have to put up with any of that crap. If it isn't likely that you are going to see her again, I'd call and make an appointment to see the Principal of the school. Write notes on what you want to say beforehand. Ask for some communication on exactly what the Principal has done to correct the problem, or warn him that you WILL go to the school board, naming names, including his if this is swept under the rug. It's always good to say that you will notify all the local television stations, and write Letters to the Editor of the local papers, as well. If you don't stand up for yourself, and take action, then you are part of the problem. It takes time and will power, but you will feel better afterward.

File a complaint with the school board. She will be reprimanded. Make sure you follow-up on it too.
