Atheists what are some decisions you have made, without the use of evidence to support your decision?

I disagree with your definition of 'faith', but we can use it for the purposes of this discussion. A good example that I often cite is the existence of Pluto. I know of nobody who has personally taken any steps to verify its presence, and very few who have even looked at it. They simply trust that the evidence exists because someone trustworthy has told them that it does. Another good example might be in politics. How many of us have bothered to meet a candidate or investigate whether media reports of a politician are accurate? Yet most of us have probably voted in an election or two on virtually no evidence.

I don't use faith... I use trust. I don't like the slippery and mailable terminology of 'faith'.

I kept hooking up with this guy, believing deep down inside that he wanted me as more than just a booty call even though through his actions I knew he didn't give a sh*t about me. I didn't really make a decision with out evidence, I just made a decision despite it. It just caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and I still I'm trying to get over it.

Yes, but some things don't matter. If I will believe your claim that your favorite color is red, but I will not believe that you went paragliding with extraterrestrials on the moon. The same is for God. It's a huge claim, and I won't just accept it for no reason.
