Whats an example that u have showed u are a leader not a follower?

I hope you are using proper English when you are filling it out. So you are going to show what a leader you are by using someone else's example. Someone is missing the point.

I printed numeric labels for each row of cubicles and posted then at the aisle, higher numbers leading away from the elevators in 4 aisles, which I also labeled NW, SW, NE, NE, without asking anyone's permission. Unfortunately, after they found out I had done it, they made me remove them. Many months later, the management came up with a ridiculous scheme where 2 rows of cubicles had the same number but with a designation of N or S depending on if it was north or south of the vertical support posts (rather than north or south of the perpendicular aisle that separated rows of cubicles.
