How do I banish negative energy being used as an attack on me?

  • I recently have been going through a long series of negative events. I have been having many strong negative dreams and been feeling out of balance. I have had the urge to get a psychic reading done but kept pushing it to the side along with my old meditation practices and listening to my own natural psychic energy which has been screaming something is wrong. Last night I had a dream that I needed to follow my urge to seek help through a psychic reading, so I finally decided to listen as my dreams have gotten intense to the point of night terrors, waking up catching my breath, sweating profusely, even waking trembling from head to toe. I went today and was told that I have been neglecting my self, meditation, and making bad decisions but this was not due to my own natural lack of energy. He was astounded by the amount of dark energy being sent by an outside source. He said it had to be Someone I had to have crossed within the last 4 or 5 years. I needed to find the root of this bitterness and hate. I couldn't think of anyone I had crossed. But as it goes over the last 4 years my life has become dark and I feel followed by a dark cloud. He said that my energy is being drained by this dark energy and it will only get worse in time. He mentioned that my natural abilities are off due to this and that this person wants me to suffer and fail in my relationship, job endeavors, and general life. While there I couldn't think of who it could be but on my way home I couldn't believe the fact that my sister, who by anyone who knows here's definition, is a very negative bitter masculine energy, and I got into a huge explosive fight 4ish years ago. She hasn't spoken to me since but sure likes to speak about me to anyone who will listen. Anyway the psychic mentioned that this negative dark energy surrounding me is from someone close with strong natural psychic abilities and also during the reading mentioned that I have strong natural psychic abilities which come from my mothers side. all in all I am led to believe my sister is this dark energy and I need to know how to cleanse my self. Apologies got no where and there is no resolutions in sight as the bitterness in her toward the world and our family runs deep. I do believe this psychic was right and def not a phony as I know some card meanings and saw what was to come in some places... And he knew things about my life no one knows. I found my self choked up by the entire expieriance Any serious suggestions about how to erase this dark energy weather it is or is not from the person it is believed to be coming from are welcome.

Some people seem to carry more of this negative energy than others and may influence the lives of others who are spiritually weak. If you hold any grudges against anyone, release them and forgive yourself and the people involved. Negative energy clings to those whose vibrations are low because they are heavy with anger, grief and other similar emotions. Laugh more - the old folks used to say "The devil hates laughter". Hang out with good natured people and avoid rap music, rock music, pornography, horror movies etc - these things lower your frequency and make you vulnerable to attacks. Keep remembering, you are a precious human being born from Light and Love and honour others the same way with kind thoughts and compassion. Place some camphor balls in the 4 corners of your room as well...that will help to absorb negative energy. If possible, call your sister and try to work out your difficulties amicably.
