Muslims don't believe in the Bible, we believe in the Quran. In Islam, it is sinful to associate anyone to God, including Jesus Christ. We love him and accept him as one of God's Beloved Prophets, but not as a "saviour." God is one, omnipotent, nobody is equal to him.

We do believe that the Gospels ~were~ Word of God, but we believe they have been changed over time. Btw: that verse could be interpreted to mean: Jesus's message is the way, the truth, and life, and to come to God, you have to go through Jesus's message.
