What are some incentives that Agricultural Scientists have?

Why are so few of the scientists on ICR's list of"anti-evolution" scientists actually creationist biologists?

  • Out of the 101 "scientists" on one list published by ICR there are many scientists who are not biologists or biochemists, scientists who accept common descent and have requested years ago that their names be removed off the lists... the list even includes a park ranger. Out of the 101, only two scientists work in a relevant field, were reachable (perhaps because ICR lists the most prestigious institute the people on the list were ever associated with, not where they actually work), and reject common descent - one of them, it turns out, knew very little of evolution, and the other refused to answer question about alternative explanations for the evidence. Why are actual biologists who don't accept common descent so rare? Why is this great "debate" we keep hearing about not happening in the scientific community?

    Yes I have noticed that. There are computer programers, nutritionists, nuclear physicists, engineers, just about everything except biologists. In other words, as far as knowledge of evolution goes, they are not much more qualified than the average person on the street.

Only two possibilities exist to explain your blindness. 1) If Evolution is reasonable and explainable to a high-school graduate, why not just explain ?? BUT 2) If you have to be a PhD in Biology to see the complex, multi-layered metaphysical necessity of Evolution why do you abuse people for being 'stupid' ? One thing you are right about, people are not sharp. They would dismiss you out of hand if they were, whether they are pro or con on Evolution.

Because reality and the IRC rarely meet.All their pseudoscience gives them is deception.They present nothing that passes scientific muster. I'd say your eyesight is very good.You do a very good job explaining the science and exposing the creationists lies.I don't need to be able to explain it well to understand evolution.Neither do I see you calling anyone stupid.
