Difference between indian GAAP, US GAAP AND INTERNATIONAL GAAP?

What is the difference in Indian and Chinese meditation?

• Hi, I'm very new to meditating but I'm keen on it. I have seen a few different meditations and I'm trying to find the right one for me I suppose the most powerful one and the purest one. I have no religion, I was reared as a christian but I strayed away from the religion when I was a teeneager as it didn't make sense to me nevertheless I do not deny existence of other beings and I'm nearly convinced that there are far more superior and andvanced civilizations deites and more....Back to the question.... I suppose that the two main strains, (eventhough it has originated from India I believe) are the indian and chinese meditations. I have noticed that the indian ones tend to use a lot of mantras (which I heard in recent youtube video that they are actually very distracting to our minds and not recommened,,but then again I think that there is a special use for them as to active your chakras more and give 'em a boost), but I am not saying that all indian meditations use matra some of them are pure silent, I don't know much about the chinese way. There are also these kundalini meditations, what's the difference between kundalini and a normal one(I know that kundalini is supposed to be tremendous energy lying on the bottom of our spines waiting to be risen).So which one should I go for pure one?, indian one?chinese one?chakra mantras? kundalini? aghhh I'm so confused. Somebody please bring some clarity into this for me. Thank you and sorry for mispellings (spellcheck is down lol)
