What will happen if i don't pass grade 8 math?
-
I'm in grade 8 and nearing the end of the year and i'm pretty positive that I've passed all my classes.... except math. I'm terrible at math and my teacher made a deal with me if i did good on the 2nd term then she'd turn my 1st term mark into a passing mark, but so far i think i've been doing pretty okay-ish but i'm still SO WORRIED. >____< I'm really worried that if i don't pass grade 8 math i'll be held back or have to do summer school. Here's the catch. It's march now and i live in Vancouver, Canada where the teacher strike is. If they pass the legislation, then my report card comes out next friday, but if the don't then they don't hand out the report cards. thing is, there's going to be a bigger chance for the government to pass the legislation. D: How many credits do i need to pass grade 8 math? Do I have to take summer school? Will i be held back? Any ideas to bump my grade up?? sorry for making this so long, but i'd really really appreciate it! (>.<)""

Answer:
well, well, well now that's a touch question. it seems to me that you would not be doing any maths for class ix. honestly speaking, if only you would have been more worried about maths than that damn legislation, you would not have to post this stupid q. and yes damn your teacher too, for making deals with class 8 kids. idea for Bumping your grades up? yeah, work hard you sloth.

Well, first of all, I would try harder at math and spend more time on it. If all else fails, I would google the answers instead of failing your grade. I live in the US so I don't know what might happen, but being held back is a possibility. Or just get a friend who's really good at math and ask them to help you. Hope I helped.
Don't worry, if you don't pass math you can always get a job at a gas station..........so this is a wake up call to study harder & learn math!!!! Trust me!
