Can anyone tell me where I could buy Beauty and the Beast: A Concert On Ice (1996) on DVD or VHS?

I've looked everywhere to find it. The beginning is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MfB9lGa1AbI. I'm wanting to find it on DVD but if I can't get it on DVD then VHS is fine too. I've searched but I can't find it. Can anyone please tell me where I could find it? I'm also looking for Beauty and the Beast: The Broadway Musical Comes To L.A. (1995) on DVD or VHS. If you could help me find that too I'd really appreciate it.

They are hard to find, if they are available. You can rent it at Blockbuster and I guess you could keep it. I can't find anywhere you can purchase it, unless you try eBay or another auction site.
