Connect the MicroSD card in your Windows PC via a MicroSD Card Reader, Open My Computer then Right click on "Removable Disk" you will found Format in the options, click on that, it will take a little bit time to format, Done! Then insert the MicroSD Card in the Phone, install the LG PC Suite software in your PC, Connect the Phone with your PC via USB Cable or Bluetooth
