Does anyone know how many players are in an Australian football team?

What is the anime movie where they have a football game between a human team and a half human-half robot team?

• I believe the point of the movie is actual a police flick, but there is one scene that involves a football game. One team is the reigning champions and the other team playing them is full of old resurrected players that are now part robot. The half-human-half-robot players run on some drug that makes them pretty much insane. They only run about two plays until everyone on the human team is completely injured. The robot/human players then go nuts and start rushing the stands to start killing spectators. Anyone know the name of this movie?
