Could you help to remember a movie with the musical phrase "Lady Luck finally learnt to bake?

I cant remember this movie... HELP PLS!?

  • I remember I watched this movie ( or it may be tv show ) Like 7 years ago or earlier... Anyways I remember there were 2 movies. First movie was about the guy who accidentally meet some pretty girl and I remembered when she asked him his name he couldn't remember. So what he do next is: he dress like girl to be her roommates, i remember she finds out he is boy when he was peeing ( It was funny scene) Of course in the end they end up together. And 2 movie is about them ( i dont remember 2 movie that clearly ) I remember it was really sad... He broke up with her, and latter she finds out that he haves cancer or something. Thats all I remember, I hope you can help me ( Cuz I have been looking for this movie like hundred years -.- '' )
