What are the best film schools in the world?

I am Asian-Canadian and I want to be a TV/Film actress.?

I am Asian-Canadian and want to try my hand at acting. At the moment I live in England, and I'm over here on an working holiday visa. Do you think I would have better luck finding tv/film roles back home in Canada (either Vancouver or Toronto) than I would here in London? They have some of the top drama schools in the world here in London (ie RADA, LAMDA, etc.) but I don't want to spend a whole year training there and not be able to audition for film/tv roles on the side.... I don't know. I know it's really hard to make it as an Asian - Canadian since we are an ethnic minority but I really want to try acting. Please can someone give me some constructive advice? Thanks in advance!
