Celebrity sexy teeth--a SCAM??!?

Has anyone NOT received their order of celebrity sexy teeth after 2-3 weeks? because I haven't. I can't find an email or contact number from their website. They have an online form I filled in with my message in it about my complaint and it said that they'll respond back in 1-3days but so far no response yet. After going through other websites where customers were posting their complaint, I found a phone number which I called but to no avail. Anyone else has anything that may help me cancel this order and get my refund back? Has anyone actually received their refund?
