    its hard for celebs to see fan's tweets because they get so many, but a lot of celebs do try to tweet and follow back a lot of their followers. i noticed to get more followers you usually have to: promote your self to other people and tell them to follow you for a follow back, or join a fan base and get followers from the other people in the group, or have really cool tweets,

Twitter is good if you want to make friends with strangers..Sounds weird at first but I like it better than facebook. You follow random people. They follow you back. That's how you get followers. Or maybe make a twitter with a theme. Like, a Justin Bieber fan and other beliebers can follow you because of your common interest... You can tweet celebrities, but not all of them tweet back because they have so many people tweeting them already.Follow me : @iHeart_JB
