Taylor Swift recieved a VMA award for best female vidio (love story), she just started her speech when kanye jumped on to the stage and took the mic from her. in his exsact words Kanye; ''hi, im really happy for you and im just gunna let you finish'' Taylor; *looks truely confuzzled* Kanye; *shouting * i just wanted to say beyonce had the best vidio ever, beyonce vidio was the best Beyonce *mouth drops open and looks awe struck she is stuck between laughing like it's a joke and that someone just did that for her and that he just kinda ruined taylors moment* kanye west returned the mic but taylor did not continue, both leave stage. alot later on beyonce recieves her own award and comes down on the stage Beyonce; thanks so much and i would just like to say i renmber being her when i was 17 and i got my first award here with destiny's child and i was so excited it was one of the best moments of my life, so, i wouold like to invite Taylor back on to the stage to have her moment. c'mon where are you? Taylor; *walks on stage thanks everybody involved with vidio and for being givin the trophie hugs beyonce and leaves* so thats what happened, next day kanye appeared on the jay leno show (which had already been arranged before the vma awards along with rihanna and jay-z) Jay Leno explains kanye west made a last minute request to have an interview. they discussed the previous evening, kanye west explains he knows he has done wrong and cannot justify it and he felt guilty as soon as he handed back the mic and she said nothing. he says he has only wanted help people and feels very bad for hurting such a young talented artist. he says he would like to apologize to taylor and if theyre was anyway he could help her. Jay Leno asks about kanye's mum (who has died recently) kanye looks like is about to cry and searches for somthing to say. he doesn't answer the question but eventually says he is going to take some time off to reflect. he then left the stage and came on later with jay-z and rihanna to sing Run this Town. since the incident he posted two apoliges on his website and has apologised to taylor via phone. the reason he did it is believed to iether be from jealousy (he has always wanted a moon man award and left empty handed once again this year) or because he is racist to white people hence wanting beyonce to win. most people have agreed really his head is just messed up at the moment and he has both appologised and decided to take time off work. less pressure would be appriciated especially as they are much worse people out there than him. hope this helps!
