What is the high algebra?

I finish high school with geometry or algebra 2, what colleges can I get into?

  • In my high school its mandatory to take three years of math, but you can stop at geometry and lets face it, im bad at math im in 10th grade and in algebra 1B, im planning on taking geometry over summer so I can get into algebra 2 in 11th grade, so I can be free of math in 12th grade, is this good or not, I want to take geometry over the summer so that I won't have to be so nervous about failing math again, can you tell me what colleges I can get into with geometry or algebra 2 being the last math I take, btw...my gpa stays around 3-3.6

  • Answer:

possibly a CSU, maybe. theres always community college which you can transfer from. remember that in order to get to college you have to take the SATs and a third of the SAT is math, also take the ACT. ACT is easier than SAT and most colleges take either act or sat. there are also some private colleges that you can look into. UC riverside most likely would take you. dont apply to just one school, apply to ten I STRONGLY recommend talking to your college counselor, he/she is there to help and will help you, but only if you ask for help

You really gotta at least reach Pre Calculus. I want to become a Navy Seal, so that means I won't even go to college. But still, I will be in Calculus by 12th grade, Math is super important, something like foreign language is something that is not as important. But math will be super useful for you. You gotta do it buddy! Don't take the easy way out!
