How truly hard and difficult is AP calculus BC?

Should I have taken AP Calculus BC?

• Should I have taken AP Calculus BC? I took Precalculus Honors in my sophomore year and finished it with straight A's. This year, I transferred to a high school that offers the IB Program. I had the option of taking either AP Calculus AB or AP Calculus BC in my junior year. I decided to take AP Calculus AB because it's easier. I'm obligated to take IB Math HL in my senior year, so there's no room for AP Calculus BC. I guess I feel sort of lazy. I'm sure that I can excel in AP Calculus BC if I really wanted to, but I don't want to take the class right now, especially since I'm taking AP English Language, AP US History, AP US Govt. & Politics, AP Chemistry, and IB Psychology SL this year (and Pre-IB Spanish 3). School just started, so I can change my schedule if I want to next week. But, do I really need to? Would it make such a drastic difference if I take AB instead of BC?

  it depends on you as a person, will ab make your life easier on top of all your courses? if so, yes. if not, you shouldve taken bc
