If i switch schools in janurary, will the school fail me because it is in the middle of the year?

no. me and my brother had to switch schools (high school) in February a couple of years ago. and my brother graduated last year. u might have to take different courses because the new school probably wont have the same. but most likely they will accept the credits u already have.
