What are the top tne most endangered species of animals on earth?

I need help!! I'm stuck on my conclusion and have no idea what to write.. Please Read Paper First!! PLEASE!?

  • Okay, well, I've been stuck on trying to think of a conclusion to write for an hour or so, and gave up so I need your help!! Here's my paper, it's over whether or not I think keeping animals in zoos is a bad thing, it's a controversial paper, if I need to fix something, please tell me, but I need help with the conclusion, badly! haha Animals in Zoos When I was younger, I did not enjoy going to the zoo. I love animals, however, I did not like seeing the fact that the animals were being tortured. I felt as if the animals were being tortured by not being able to roam in their natural habitats and sometimes kept in small confining spaces. I strongly believe that keeping animals in zoos is wrong, because of natural habitat and animal rights, education issues, and conservation of endangered species plays a key factor. Whether animals should be kept in captivity, is a matter of debate. I strongly believe that every animal, person, or thing on this Earth has at least some form of rights. Whether it’s living or religious rights, we all have some form of rights, the same goes for an animal; animals that are captured for what ever reason should be a breach of the law and should be. I also feel that hunting should be abolished. I feel that there’s no reason we need to be killing animals for amusement or for food. I feel that people go to zoos for more of an entertainment aspect, than possibly going for an educational purpose. In fact, according to one study, many visitors do not pay much attention to the animals; they are actually talking to each other about unrelated things and spending only a few minutes at each display. I feel as if there is more of amusement issue, than an educational aspect of a zoo from the times I have seen people throw food and provoking the animals. Whether or not you go to a zoo for education matters, I think people may get the impression that a zoo is the only place you will see animals. In addition to, I believe the traveling aspect of going on a field trip could be costly if you are not nearby a zoo, which could turn down the trip from high expenses. I believe that the animals in the zoo are bound to suffer, because they are stranded for their entire life. I feel that animals will go through various amounts of stress from body movements from not eating to the boundaries and limitations of zoos. Whether we are trying to conserve the animals or not, I believe that we are trying to save the animals less by just giving them a home in a zoo. I feel that the efforts should be taken to study, protect and preserve animals; however care should be taken that animals suffer the least in the process while trying to conserve the animal.

  • Answer:

Your paper is just your thoughts, with nothing to back these thoughts up. What makes you think zoos are stressful? Isn't living in the wild with the fear of hunters and predators even more stressful? What makes you think animals have rights? Why is it ok to eat vegetables and not meat (actually, this is off topic and shouldn't even be mentioned in your paper)? What about the need to preserve rare endangered species in zoos? Do some research on these topics, quote some studies, and your paper will have some substance. You could start at PETA or Greenpeace's websites for some ideas. Once you have some data to back up your theories, your conclusion should be able to write itself, since your arguments will have some teeth to them.

Animals hold rights of living as we do. They have feelings and get depressed when captured in a small confining space. If you take a more careful look at animals you will see that they play an important role in the food chain of which we are a part.We as zookeepers must provide a place of living for animals in the zoo which is similair to their natural habitat. Therefore, when you walk in the zoo and watch the animals in the cages you see them with their natural behavior, and it sure gives more pleasure.
