Transfer from European high school to the U.S. high school?

The School District wont let me transfer to Lubbock High School...?

• I can't transfer to other high school because they won't let me just because I am deaf and there are no interpreters in Lubbock High School, I go to horonado(real name is coronado, but other high school students usually call it becuase of their rivials), I do not support my school, i want go to Lubbock High because there are alot of my friends goes there. I think my school district is like biggist because they dont let deaf people transfer, they should let interpreters go to other high schools, it will be very fair to hearing people. America say "We are created and all equal" but it seems that I am not equal because I can't transfer. Do you argee that my school district should let deaf people to transfer?

  The only way you can go is if you deny your special ed. status. The placement of people in one building saves the system money. All they have to do legally is say that they provide these services in the system. They do not have to provide the services at the school of your choice.
